Founded in 1970, CHSRA is always open to new members. Its aims are the development of sportsmanship, horsemanship, and character in the youth of our country. CHSRA includes Riverside, Orange, Imperial, San Diego, Los Angeles and San Bernardino Counties Lines are south San Bernardino, south of mountain ranges - Calico Mt., Soda Mt. and Shadow Mt., Los Angeles County south of San Gabriel Mt.
